3. Event Attendance & Behavior

Alcohol, glass bottles, and illegal substances are prohibited where not permitted by law.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending a Palm House LA event, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks including but not limited to: physical activity, heat exposure, sand, weather conditions, or crowd interaction.
You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Palm House LA, its founders, affiliates, staff, partners, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or losses (including personal injury or property damage), even if caused by negligence.

5. Filming, Photography & Media Consent

Palm House LA events are filmed and photographed.
By entering the event space, you grant Palm House LA and its affiliates the irrevocable right to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your image, voice, and likeness in all media (including online and social platforms) for any lawful purpose, worldwide and without compensation.
If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform event staff prior to entry.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, visuals, and brand marks associated with Palm House LA are protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
You may not use the Palm House name, logo, or content without written consent.

7. Refunds & Event Changes

All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by Palm House LA.
We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify events due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm House LA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events, website use, or communication services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Los Angeles County, CA.

Event Disclaimer

By attending a Palm House LA event, you agree to the following:

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

Palm House LA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

You release Palm House LA and all affiliates from liability related to your attendance, participation, or interaction with event equipment, other attendees, or environmental conditions.

You are physically fit to participate and understand the nature of the event.

You acknowledge that the venue may include natural terrain such as sand, water, and uneven ground.
